Full Circle Therapy is a psychotherapy group practice that offers individual, couples, family and group therapy sessions to help clients of all ages work through a range of mental health challenges.

We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), The Gottman Method, Play Therapy and mindfulness-based therapies.

Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long, while group therapy sessions may be longer. The length of each session may vary depending on the needs of the client.

Yes! Full Circle Therapy accepts a variety of insurance plans. We are happy to verify your benefits and walk you through what’s covered. If we are out-of-network with your provider, we can offer a superbill for reimbursement. Please contact us for more details specific to your plan.
